O is for Osborne Reef, harming what should aid

Proposed as a project to utilize discarded tires to create a reef, little marine life was able to latch upon the tires dumped on the ocean floor. Corrosion of the metal clips holding the tires together causes tires to wash ashore by the thousands during storms and damage nearby natural reefs.
